Premium Plan Terms

Terms for upgrading to Viima's Premium plan

Agreement
Upon completing the Premium Upgrade Form (hereafter referred to as “Form”) in Viima's service (hereafter referred to as "Service" ), the signee (hereafter referred to as “Customer”) agrees to order the Premium plan from Viima Solutions Oy (hereafter referred to as “Viima”) according to the specifications detailed in the Form and in this Agreement (hereafter referred to as "Agreement" or "Contract"). This entitles the Customer to the features and services that are included in Viima’s Premium plan, as listed on Viima’s pricing page.

Invoicing
After completing the Form, the Customer accepts that Viima is entitled to invoice the Customer according to this Agreement starting from the date of completing the Form. Both Monthly and Yearly Contracts are invoiced in advance at the beginning of the contract period and are automatically renewed. By default all invoices are paid for automatically with the credit card used in the Form but it is also possible to request a different payment method by contacting support@viima.com. By completing the Form, unless a separate written agreement exists between the Customer and Viima regarding the invoicing of the Service, you authorise Viima Solutions Oy to send instructions to the financial institution that issued your card to take payments from your card account in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Billing with the Monthly Contract
The price of the Monthly Contract is determined by the amount of active users the Customer has at the beginning of the Contract period. Should the number of active users change during the contract period, changes will be prorated in the next invoice.

Billing with the Yearly Contract
The price of the Yearly Contract is determined by the amount of user licenses chosen by the Customer. Should the Customer's amount of active users exceed the number of purchased licenses during the contract period, the number of Additional Users will automatically be enrolled to the Monthly Contract according to the applicable prices and terms.

Should the Customer wish to change the amount of user licenses for their next Contract period, they are to inform support@viima.com of the change 7 days prior to the renewal of the Contract. Changing the amount of user licenses during the Contract period is not possible, except with a separate written agreement between the Customer and Viima.

Switching Between Plans
Should the Customer wish to switch to another paid plan (e.g. from Premium Monthly to Premium Yearly or Enterprise), they are to contact support@viima.com 7 days prior to the renewal of their Contract. It is also possible to change the plan to another paid plan during the Contract period. This, however,  requires a separate written agreement between the Customer and Viima.

Termination
Both Monthly and Yearly Contracts can be terminated by submitting a written notice of termination to support@viima.com 30 days prior to the renewal of the Contract.

Changes to Viima's Plans
In case Viima decides to change the Content (such as features, additional services, etc.) of its plans, the plans themselves, or their pricing, the Customer is entitled to keep their existing service level for the previously agreed upon price.

Additional Services
Viima offers additional services that are not included in all plans, such as but not limited to, consulting, software customization, exportation of data etc. Some of these can be found from our pricing page, in which case they are marked as optional with an asterisk (*). As these are optional services, the Customer is thus not automatically entitled to use these services with this Agreement. Additional Services are to be separately agreed upon in writing together with the Customer. For related inquiries, please contact support@viima.com.

Additional Terms
All prices are without VAT unless otherwise specified. VAT will be added as required by law, if applicable.

This Agreement overrides Viima’s General Terms of Use (hereafter referred to as “ General Terms”), however, unless overridden in the Agreement (or a possible separate written and signed contract between the Customer and Viima), the General Terms still apply between Viima and the Customer.

This Agreement was written in English and is currently only available in English. Please contact us at support@viima.com in case you have questions regarding the Agreement.
